respiratory attack

Well, the last year, when the pandemic situation grabs the world community, I get attacked by severe coughing.

If I converted the energy that released while coughing, I felt like I could generate electricity in the national power grid (Just to explain how severe coughing I experienced that time).

Some of my neighbors, in-boxed me that I should go to the hospital to check myself, whether I’m affected or not.

However, as I studied in pharmacy, I’ve little idea how to treat bacteria and viruses.

But to be truth, I was so sick due to my severe coughing with a mild fever that I couldn’t take proper treatment.

Fortunately, My wife helped me to take proper treatment at home. So what the miracle I did that helped me to get relief early from that worst situation.

Things I followed to get relief from severe coughing in Covid-19:

Covid-19 affect

· First of all, I take the advice of my fellow medicine specialist and adopt some medicine (paracetamol).

· Secondly, I went through hot water therapy. I told my wife to boil some water in a large pot with spices like Cinnamon, Cardamom, Ginger etc.

· In the next step, I surround myself with a long cloth and take the full hot vapor through my respiratory system.

To be truth, I felt like I was in the sky and I was flying because due to sweating, the body released toxic substances and the virus/bacteria killed on the track. Besides, the lungs get relief from the attack get the green signal to survive.

· At the same time, I took honey+ lime with lukewarm water that claimed to increase the body immune system to fight against bacteria and viruses.

Note: According to research, taking tea with Cinnamon, Cardamom, Ginger could be a great relief from Covid 19 symptom. I suppose to do some yoga and intake as much fresh oxygen as the patient can take could also be a great addition to the treatment at home.

Special concern:

Oximeter

You can take the help of an oximeter to measure the saturation of oxygen carried in your red blood cells. Pulse oximeters can be attached to your fingers, forehead, nose, foot, ears or toes.

Warning: To the end, Don’t forget to attend the early call of an expert doctor if you find yourself in terrible condition.
